More Cabo Pics

Cabo is still fantastic! We are still having a wonderful time! Hays and Maggie got to go ziplining with GoGo and Pops today and I think they had the time of their lives! The pictures don't do it any justice (I would guess). The whales finally got frisky today. . .they have been a little quiet out in the ocean off of our beach and yesterday they were jumping and playing. . .way more fun to watch! We miss Andy. . .I miss Andy. I am so "used" to him traveling all of the time (as used to it as one can get), but having him gone while we are in Cabo is depressing! I miss my sweetie!!!!!

Loving Cabo!

We are having a blast in Cabo (how could we not?)!!!  The family time is the highlight!  Time with Andy and the kids has been great and time with my parents has been cherished! Hays has a friend here that he gets to hang out with every Christmas (for the past 11 years) and they have had a great time playing in the ocean and all over the resort.  They have even let Maggie tag along and she has loved it.  (I have a feeling that in future years, Hays's friends will be begging for his sister to tag along. . .she is so fun to be with and is so beautiful!) We got to go meet an adoptive family the other day.  Their son is from the same orphanage where Tiki lived and we have been following each other's blogs, realized that we were both in Cabo and met.  It was great!  I cannot wait to send a picture to the nuns of our two boys together again! Yesterday was a huge highlight!  We got to swim with the dolphins and the kids absolutely loved it!  I ...

Happy New Year

Oh my!  2011 already!  WOW!!!  I am so thankful that 2010 is over!  I am ready for a fresh start!  2011 is going to be an exciting year and I am in happy anticipation for each and every day!  The best is that the year gets to start and end in Cabo once again!  YIPEE!!!  I have so many goals and whatever for the new year. . .I don't really make resolutions because I tend to do that when school starts every Fall.  I just want to tighten some screws and have a more optimistic outlook on life and enjoy life (my husband, my kids, my family, my friends. . . .).  I let myself get in a little rut this Fall and I am excited to get out of it and really live again! I'm on vacation, so I'm not going to take up any more time. . .I'm going to go out to the pool or beach and enjoy my husband and my kids and my family and my life!!! Happy New Year!!!

CABO!!!

We are having a BLAST in Cabo! It is such a blessing to get to be here with family every year! Braner Party of 7 is enjoying some much needed R&R TOGETHER as a family and we are loving the time we are getting to spend with GoGo and Pops! We are so fortunate!!! We are loving the sun and the pool and the waves and the beach! Yesterday we got to let 65 sea turtles go into the ocean (a little bitter sweet since only 1 in 1000 actually survive. . .we probably saw them on their first and only day alive). I don't think the kids will forget that experience for a long time! Enjoy the pictures! There will be more to come later in the trip! Today is the last day of 2010 and I am thrilled to see it go!!! (Thanks for all of my birthday wishes, too!!!) I have great expectations for the year to come!!!

Gabby's First Day On The Mountain

All of Braner Party of 7 hit the slopes today!  Gabby skiied!  It was so much fun to be up there together!  (Exhausting, but fun!)  I cannot wait until none of us crash off the lift and none of us need harnesses, but that day will come.  Until then, we are all works in progress and we had a ball on the mountain today!

Merry Christmas From Braner Party of 7

My Favorite Christmas Lights of the Season

We drove around to see the lights tonight (I used to hate doing this because living in Branson was Christmas light overload, but Durango has made me miss the lights).  So, most of the houses in BeBe and PaPa's neighborhood are tastefully decorated for Christmas and it is very fun to drive through.  We rounded the corner and this is what we saw: The house we see as we round the corner. . . . A close-up of the sign in front of the house. . . . The house next door that the "ditto" sign was pointing at. . . . Another view of "ditto's" neighbors. . . .
