Cabo: Post V

Today was a wonderful day!  I am happy!  As all of my birthdays have for the past 5 years, it started out with Dax "taking" me to breakfast at this nice spot overlooking the ocean.  I love our birthday dates!  He is such a doll baby to me!  Actually, it started out earlier than that with a birthday song montage by Andy (the first song was "you look like a monkey and you smell like one too" if that tells you a little something about the mood and quality).  It made me happy, though.  I like being married to him.  After breakfast, I spent the morning at the beach playing in the ocean with my kids and all of my nieces and nephews.  It was SO MUCH FUN!  Maybe the most fun I've had here this year!  Then we headed to the pool.  I think my next highlight was watching my kids with their cousins!!!  Tiki was in heaven playing with little Samuel. . .Tiki is a natural care giver and protector and I love that.  Gabby had maybe the best day of her life.  She was in her eleme

Dear 2013

Dear 2013, I'm not 100% sure how I feel about saying goodbye to you.  You've been a good year with some really fun changes.  I would say that I have seen some very high highs and some awfully terrible lows these past twelve months, but as a whole, I think, 2013, you will be remembered with mostly fondness.  I hate to see you go, though, because as 2014 approaches, my kids will get older and the unknown future of tomorrow will be closer.  Often, the known of the past (even if it isn't very fun) is a safer option.  But, 2013, I am saying goodbye.  Thanks for the memories.  Thanks for the laughs.  Thanks for the character building experiences.  It was a fun ride and I thank you, 2013, for the memories you will forever hold.  So, from Braner Party of 7, adios!  You'll be a year for our photo books that we will look back on with mostly happy happy smiles!

Cabo: Post III

Last night was one of my most favorite nights of the year.  My parents take Andy and I to this awesome restaurant (Edith's) for dinner WITHOUT the children and it is wonderful!  I'll have to give credit to Maggie for these marvelous pictures and I will admit that she may need to be enrolled into a photography (cropping) class in the near future!

Cabo: Post II

We are still having a blast in Cabo!  What a blessing and a treat it is to be here with family!  Andy and Hays arrived just before Christmas and it is nice to have Party of 7 all together again!!!  Today was surfing day (again)!!!

A New You!

So, I know that thinking about New Year's Resolutions before Christmas is kind of overwhelming, but when it comes to your health, I think we can get a jump start.  As most of you know, I've been on this wonderful health and wellness journey which has brought me energy, happiness and three new sizes of jeans, snow pants and swim suits (smaller sizes).  I'm still on the journey and I hope to stay on the journey for the rest of my life because I feel so much better when I am healthy!  So, why am I posting before Christmas about all of this? As we all know, the majority of New Year's Resolutions focus on health (usually weight loss) and being a better person and I want to help you really get there and not just make make a goal and then fall off the NYR bandwagon before Valentine's Day.  Let's do this together! With the new products I represent, I can help you reach your goals for energy, better mood, weight loss, overall health, less joint pain or whatever!
